What I do
User research
Every project starts with understanding. Interviews, usability tests, A/B tests, card sorting, heuristic evaluation and analytics so decisions are made with data: first to define goals, then to validate them.
Behavioral design
I apply behavioral science so that complex, regulated processes, such as applying for a loan or financing a purchase, feel simpler and more human, balancing people's needs, business goals and regulation.
User experience and interaction
Information architecture, flows and prototypes, from wireframe to high fidelity. Every flow is tested and iterated until it works, reducing errors before it reaches development.
Design systems
I own Cetelem's Design System and built the first design system for SM's learning platforms. Consistent components so the product can grow without losing coherence.
Accessibility
I lead the accessibility initiative across Cetelem's digital products to meet WCAG standards. A product not everyone can use isn't finished.
Facilitation and leadership
Workshops with the business, product discovery and support for the team as a design lead. Making design thinking part of the whole organization's culture.
